Lube and hydraulic systems are prone to heavy water contamination due to cross contamination of water from heat exchangers. Water or steam chambers incase of turbines and atmospheric moisture ingress specially in humid zones of working. Minimac comes with this unique technology which is capable of removing heavy water contamination & solid contamination by a single system.
The equipment works on coalescence separation technique due to different densities of water and oil. The system is capable of removing water contamination from more than 5% to less than 100 ppm (0.01%) in a short time. The system is equipped with micron level filters which can ensure solid contamination removal upto NAS 5 (ISO 15/12).
